Invention/Technology Overview
The invention fills the need of air leakage prevention between certain CPAP masks and moustache. Furthermore, the invention provides a device that is comfortable, easily obtainable, and reusable. The invented device seals the area between a Nasal type CPAP mask and a moustache, allowing the CPAP machine to work more efficient.
Novelty and Benefits
Currently there are no similar solutions for providing a nasolabial CPAP mask/moustache seal. Existing solutions are complicated and rather uncomfortable mechanical devices, unable to provide the user the simple solution this device provides.Compared to the expense of present solutions this invention is presumably more cost effective.
The present invention may also allow the user to remove the device and reuse multiple times, or simply to remove with warm soap and water and discard.
The present invention is unique when compared with other known devices and solutions because the present invention provides: (1) ease of use and portability; (2) freedom from complicated tubes and wires; and (3) a quiet reliable solution creating the tranquility needed in the nature of sleep.
The present invention is unique in that it is structurally different from other known devices or solutions. More specifically, the present invention is unique due to the presence of: (1) a direct solution applied over the moustache; (2) a material which is hypoallergenic in composition; (3) a design that creates a quieter sleep experience.
